Gold Loan Relationship Officer

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyse customer needs and provide advice on gold loan products.
Monitor customer accounts and provide timely updates on changes or trends.
Analyse and interpret financial data to assess creditworthiness and risk.
Prepare and review loan applications and documentation.
Adhere to banking regulations and industry standards.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
Generate reports on customer activity and loan performance.
Stay informed of industry trends and regulations.
Provide training and support to junior staff members.
