A Gold Loan Officer is responsible for facilitating and managing gold loan services for customers. This role involves evaluating, approving, and monitoring gold loan transactions while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Assist customers in understanding the gold loan process, terms, and conditions.
Explain interest rates, repayment schedules, and loan tenure.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Assess the quality and purity of gold offered as collateral.Maintain proper documentation, including Know Your Customer (KYC) details.
Experience: Prior experience in gold loans, retail banking, or financial services is preferred.
Proficiency in gold evaluation techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of loan management systems and financial software.
Sales and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail and risk management awareness.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
