ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- To supervise bank limits for business requirements at optimal costs; verify the bank charges- Plan and discuss with IST reg. crude LCs and their scheduling and payments.
- Supervise bank limits and bank charges
- Discuss and resolve issues with domestic / offshore banks reg. confirmations, BCs and LC issues
• 2
- Ensure FEMA compliances, under leadership and guidance of Chief Treasurer- Regular monitoring of compliances wrt imports, export, ECBs & Trade Credits and regular submissions
- Conduct interactions with various business teams, consultants and the RBI.
- Prepare and manage correspondences to RBI

- Effectively contribute for longterm export prepayments, export advances (EPBG), structured trade solutions and trade issues of Nayara’s offshore business- Analyze and discuss structures and termsheets and agreements with foreign banks
- Plan and implement steps for raising export advances and trade financing
- Work with IST, other businesses in short term trades, maintain trade flows

- Support the team for quality MIS for bank limits and liabilities, provide support on accounts/ SAP-Treasury- Manage tradeflows in consultation with IST
- Guide the team towards performance

- Liase and maintain relationship with external customers- With RBI, domestic/ foreign banks, industry/ Govt. authorities
