Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Order Management (Glovia) Functional Analyst. The Glovia Functional Analyst is a business facing role. They will become the subject matter expert for supply chain in the ecommerce space. This role involves analyzing business processes, configuring the Glovia system to meet organizational needs, and ensuring seamless integration with other business applications.
Responsibilities
System Analysis and Optimization:
Conduct in-depth analysis of Glovia OM processes and workflows
Identify areas for improvement and optimization
Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications for Glovia OM
Create and maintain system documentation and user guides

Create and maintain system documentation and user guides
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans for Glovia OM functionalities
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing
Identify and resolve issues to ensure system reliability
Documentation and Training:
Develop and execute test plans for Glovia OM functionalities
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience with Order Management systems (Glovia OM a plus)
Strong understanding of order management and inventory processes
knowledge of OM architecture and functionality
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
