The role involves developing and executing communication strategies that amplify leadership voices, foster thought leadership, and increase the visibility of BCG senior leaders on digital platforms.What Youll BringKey technical skills, functional skills and qualifications that are required to be successful in the role. For example, “subject matter expertise”, “five years’ experience preferred”, “business related degree” etc. It’s about knowledge and experience. Make clear what is a must have vs. a preferred skill. No more than three short paragraphs or five descriptive bullets.Extraordinary copywriting.MS Suite, Adobe Suite, Figma.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field with 5 years minimum of relevant experience.Proven ability to work with senior leadership and manage multiple priorities effectively.Who Youll Work WithThe Global Social Media Team, Global Marketing Team, Global Events Team, MDPs.Additional infoYOU’RE GOOD ATStrategic thinking and crafting impactful messaging.Building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.Excellent writing skills tailored around executive positioning and thought leadership.Problem-solving and utilizing data insights to inform and optimize strategies.Strong project management skills.Collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
