About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team at upGrad. This individual will be responsible for executing marketing operations, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across channels.

This is a mid-level role with strong growth potential, ideal for someone who understands the bigger picture of marketing but can also dive deep into execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute marketing operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, content, performance, product, sales) to drive end-to-end marketing initiatives.
- Scout for vendors/brands for various campaigns and manage the entire process from start to finish.
- Analyze data, track KPIs, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Qualifications

- 23 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, promotions, and public relations.
