We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
We are looking for a Global Production Services Lead to be part of the Cash Equities Technology team. The job requires candidate to closely work with PODs to keep the Cash Equities Technology platform stable and resilient. As we have been practicing Agile Ways of Working, this person will help with setting and maintaining high standards for DevOps teams for all things production, and fostering communities of best practice linking in with ESF Global production practice area.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Experience of working in Equities Trading / Investment Banking environment for a production services function and dealing with Sales / Trading and Operations teams
• Working knowledge of DevOps tooling (Logging and Monitioring, Troubleshooting, Infrastructure and CI /CD)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build resilient network across by fostering collaboration
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
