Core Responsibilities

Applications Development & Technical Support
• Execute with Global Pharma Technical Lead the global strategic technical plan
• Develop technical (physical, chemical, and applications) data to answer use questions by customers and support sales effort.
• Provide comparisons of competitive products
• Give technical seminars at regional Tradeshows and Customers.
• Train INGREDION’s Go-To-Market teams – distributors included – on Ingredion Pharma Solutions products.
• Write white papers for trade journals
• Collaborate with external Pharmacy Colleges to generate local data that supports marketing efforts
• Drive product functional quality through application work with our manufacturing plants
• Work in collaboration with the P & N Global Regulatory team to support and execute product stability initiatives for shelf-life extensions
• Support Global Pharma Technical lead in future planning and execution in building a global Technical Service function with responsibilities in the Asia Pacific market
