Where Do You Fit?
We look for talent across a diverse range of departments throughout the year:
Hospitality & Front of House: Cellar Door hosts, restaurant servers, and supervisors who love sharing our story with guests from all over the world.
Lodge and Maintenance: Housekeepers, Landscapers, Gardeners and Maintenance staff
Culinary Arts: Passionate chefs, kitchen hands and kitchen staff.
What We Look For?
You don’t always need a lifetime of winery experience to join us. We look for individuals who bring:
A genuine warmth and a "guest-first" attitude.
Strong teamwork and a willingness to help out across different areas when needed.
Reliability, high energy, and pride in what you do.
Flexibility to work in variety of shifts
Reliable means of transportation to get in & out of work – we are 25 minutes from the Queenstown CBD
A valid New Zealand work visa or working holiday visa.
