German Language Teacher and Director

We are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic German Language Teacher & Academic Director to lead and strengthen our language education programs through a combination of teaching excellence and academic leadership. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging German language instruction across various proficiency levels (A1–B2), preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, supporting students in language proficiency and certification preparation, and creating an interactive learning environment while also overseeing academic operations, curriculum design and implementation, faculty coordination, quality assurance, academic planning, student performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role includes developing teaching methodologies, mentoring instructors, ensuring compliance with educational standards, introducing innovative learning practices, managing schedules and academic resources, coordinating with management on strategic educational goals, and fostering a high-performance learning culture. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the German language, excellent communication and leadership skills, prior teaching and academic administration experience, organizational capability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality education and student outcomes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
