Genral Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively as required.
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing basic maintenance.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe workplace for yourself and others.
Requirements

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic.
