Job Description
We are hiring for Genesys Cloud CX Consultant (Reporting)(Start Immediately or short Notice Period up to 15 to 30 days)
Primary Location- Remote
Schedule - Full-time
Minimum Qualifications
• BE/BTECH/MCA
• Must have hands on experience in Genesys Cloud reporting, metrics, customization of views and dashboards
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
• 3-4 years of Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX Administration, Reporting, Routing (Good to have)
• Genesys Cloud Certified resource will be preferred
Candidate should be proficient into following:
o Genesys Cloud Administration, Configuration
o Genesys cloud Routing/Architect flow design and customization for reporting needs
o Expertise in Genesys Cloud Reporting like Views and Dashboards
o Hands on experience in customizing Dashboards and views reports for performance, queues, agents, campaigns, bot, interaction, flows, skills, Agents etc.
o Having knowledge of reporting metrics and understand business requirements and formulate into Dashboards and reports
o Able to interact and understand reporting requirements with clients/business to understand client requirements, propose solutions and customize reports based on inputs.
