General Manager

Full job description
We're looking for a General Manager for our coastal destination pub in Orford village, this seasonal pub is exceptionally busy in the summer months. We've got 4 bedrooms on site

Main Responsibilities:

Developing a high performing and motivated team.
Responsible for the successful management of the entire business including kitchen/ restaurant /bar /function rooms & events / garden spaces.
Strong controls for labour, stock & financial planning are essential
To always exceed guest expectations and provide best in class hospitality to our guests.
Passion for food is a must
Ideally you will have:

Passion for fresh food hospitality
Proven experience in a high-end busy restaurant / hotel environment at a similar level.
Previous experience of budgets, recruitment stock control, ordering & team management.
Ability to manage a multifaceted, fast paced business where every day if different.
Excellent communication skills.
A positive 'Can Do' attitude and lead by example

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
