What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations across service, installation, sales, and customer support
Inspire, coach, and develop a motivated team of HVAC professionals
Drive revenue growth while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction
Monitor budgets, profitability, and operational performance
Improve processes, efficiency, and team accountability
Recruit, train, and retain exceptional talent
Ensure safety, quality standards, and company values are upheld
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the community
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in HVAC, construction, home services, or a related industry
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage operations and profitability
Excellent communication and team-building skills
A positive, solutions-focused mindset
Experience leading high-performing teams and managing growth
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment while maintaining organization and professionalism
Needs to be fluent with House Call Pro HVAC Service/ Sales Software
Able to type 50-100 words per min
Fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel
