Position: General Manager – Accounts
Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Jaipur
Reporting To: CFO
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting Operations
· Manage end-to-end accounting including:
o General Ledger
o Accounts Payable & Receivable
o Bank Reconciliation
o Fixed Assets accounting
· Ensure monthly books closure within defined timelines.
· Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.
· Standardize accounting processes across projects.
2. Financial Reporting & MIS
· Prepare and review:
o Monthly MIS
o Variance analysis
o Project profitability reports
o Management dashboards
· Support CFO/Chief of Accounts in board and management reporting.
· Drive data accuracy in ERP and reporting systems.
3. Statutory Compliance
· Ensure timely and accurate compliance of:
o GST returns
o TDS returns
o Income tax provisions
o RERA-related financial compliance
· Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
· Handle tax notices, reconciliations, and assessments.
4. Project & Real Estate Accounting
· Monitor project-wise cost tracking and revenue recognition.
· Ensure compliance with real estate accounting standards.
· Track customer receivables and collection efficiency.
· Support project budgeting and cost control.
5. Internal Controls & Audit
· Implement strong financial controls and SOPs.
· Ensure audit readiness at all times.
· Close audit observations within agreed timelines.
· Identify and mitigate financial risks.
6. Cash Flow & Working Capital Support
· Monitor receivables, payables, and cash positions.
· Support payment planning and vendor management.
· Ensure optimal working capital utilization.
· Coordinate with treasury for fund requirements.
7. Team Management
· Lead and supervise the accounts team.
· Allocate work and monitor productivity.
· Develop second-line leadership in the team.
· Drive performance reviews and capability building.
8. Process Improvement & Automation
· Improve accounting efficiency through automation.
· Strengthen ERP usage and data discipline.
· Reduce manual errors and turnaround time.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Educational Qualifications
· Chartered Accountant (CA) – Preferred
· CA Inter / MBA Finance – Considered with strong experience
Experience Required
· 12–18 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
· Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹2,000,000.00 per year
