As General Manager, you’ll be the most senior Cubbi leader in your city — owning results, relationships, and growth. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be out in the field: meeting restaurant partners, talking to customers, launching campaigns, and ensuring every meal meets Cubbi’s standards. You’ll be building something new in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and exciting environment where every day brings new challenges and big opportunities.

Partner with restaurants to launch creative co-promotions and campaigns.
Activate new workplaces and keep employees excited about Cubbi.
Use data to learn fast, double down on what works, and scale wins citywide.
Report results, forecast growth, and identify opportunities with HQ.
Spot risks early and move quickly to solve them.
