Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers/Packers to join our manufacturing and warehouse team. This role involves supporting production processes, packaging finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic mechanical skills, and experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in assembly, packaging, and equipment operation within a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
Operate packaging equipment and prepare items for shipment
Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely (training provided)
Support the loading and unloading of goods from trucks or storage areas
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety standards are met
Perform basic troubleshooting on machinery or tools as needed
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Assist team members with various tasks related to manufacturing, packing, and warehouse operations
Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environments preferred
Familiarity with hand tools, mechanical systems, and basic assembly processes is a plus
Ability to operate forklift equipment (training available for qualified candidates)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Good physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Prior experience with packaging or using hand tools is advantageous
Reliable work ethic with a commitment to safety and teamwork
Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety regulations is desirable
Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
