Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills has openings for Automotive Accounting Personnel to perform or assist with the following duties:
• Process Payments
• Post car sales into the general ledger
• Calculate and submit payroll
• Supervise/prepare general ledger reconciliations, including cash in bank, floor plan and dealer reserves
• Process finance contracts for funding
• Complete floor plan payoffs and floor plan funding
• Assist Controller with sales/use tax remittance
• Assist Controller in financial "month end" close procedures/reports
• Assist in overseeing accounting procedure compliance
• Review and investigate accounting irregularities
• Process Titles
• Complete special projects as needed
Skills:
• General Accounting Knowledge
• Accounts Payables/Receivables Experience
• Titles Experience
• 1 to 2 Years Automotive Dealership Experience
• MS Excel and Word
• 10 Key

Salary Range: $33,132 - $43,332 per year
