Job Title - New Relic Engineer (AVP)

Role Description
Hybrid Monitoring and Capacity Platforms (HMCP) provides the foundation of the Bank’s Production Engineering capabilities and is responsible for providing products, strategy and thought leadership across the Bank around Observability / Monitoring and Capacity Management
Alongside our Engineering, Architecture and SRE pillars, the HMCP Product and Strategy team is responsible for managing our portfolio of 8 products across the full lifecycle, providing leadership of vision, strategy, driving transformation including migration to GCP.
HMCP products are implemented globally iand provide core product capabilities underpinning the Availability, Event, Performance and Capacity Management across the majority of the Bank’s Infrastructure and Application estates, including Cloud.
HMCP are currently engaged in a multi-year transformation of Observability / Monitoring and Capacity Management across the Bank to support the Hybrid Cloud and other initiatives.
The successful candidate should have self-learn trade so that he/she can take different bank wide monitoring/observability decisions/development in the Deutsche Bank on-premises/cloud infrastructure
Candidate will be SME to help migration of Applications and workloads to Google's GCP platform from monitoring, observability and capacity tools and applications
This role requires a systems management developer knowledge who will help to migrate products like Geneos, CA UIM (formerly Nimsoft), Telegraf, NRI, Tivoli Netcool, KDB, Ansible to New Relic.
