General Summary:
Primary Responsibilities:-
• Understanding of the OTC process.
• Address all the billing requests within the SLA and with 100% accuracy.
• Create manual AR transactions in ERP. Ensure all documents are saved in the system for future audit purposes.
• Responsible for any updates, amendments to the existing transaction, query resolutions, etc.
• Research and resolve customer queries, TAX, and other IT issues by collaborating with other departments such as CS, TAX, AP, incentives etc.
• Processing the return merchandise authorization (RMAs).
• Ability to identify potential risks and proactively address them with team lead/ manager.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet short deadlines.
• Stakeholder management, ability to communicate effectively, and situation handling.
• Ability to work with the team.
• Support the SOX & internal/ external audits.
• Adherence to the guidelines and best practices in regard to dealing with customer portals.
• Preparation of account reconciliation & related billing schedules.
Additional attributes to be considered:-
• Exposure in working Oracle ERP.
• Identifies the process improvement needs and proposes solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, fluency in English.
• Has good fundamental organizational & prioritization skills.
• Proficient as user of Oracle, Cloud, HFM, TM1, ARM tool.
• Quick learner, critical thinker & problem-solving skills.
