Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Functional Consultant to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in translating business requirements into scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, along with hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle—from discovery and design to implementation, testing, and go-live support.
This role requires a consultant who can work closely with stakeholders, drive functional solutioning, and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and business-aligned implementations.
Key Tech Stack:
Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service)
Power Platform:
Power Automate
Power Apps (Model-driven)
Dataverse
Power Pages
Basic integrations & data migration
What They Do:
Gather & document business requirements
Configure Dynamics 365 solutions (low-code)
Work with developers for customizations
Support end-to-end delivery (design → go-live → support)
Participate in testing, UAT, and client training
Handle client communication (functional side)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform consulting.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service).
Hands-on experience with Power Platform:
Power Automate
Model-driven apps
Dataverse
Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and solution design.
Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Service, CRM workflows).
Experience working in consulting / Microsoft partner environments.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery lifecycle.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
