Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes
Assist with client services by offering product information, troubleshooting technical problems, and processing requests
Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive interactions
Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up or gather additional information
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share insights for process enhancements
Qualifications
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
Proven experience in sales or customer support roles, especially within call center environments
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and active listening
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced remote setting
Previous experience with outbound calling or client services is advantageous
Demonstrated analysis skills for problem-solving and decision-making in customer interactions
