• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production software applications.
• Strong frontend expertise in React, Next.js, and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on backend development experience using Python, Node.js, Go, Rust, or similar technologies.
• Comfortable working in a startup/founding-team environment with high ownership and minimal process.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with global teams.
• Experience with GCP, data pipelines, distributed systems, or AI-powered SaaS products is a strong plus.
