Role: Train to lead store operations, sales, and team management.
Job Type: Full-time (45 hrs/week)
Pay: $29.50/hour (Up to $111,000/year with bonus)
Education: High School Diploma (preferred).
Experience: Retail and management experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and train store team members.
Drive sales and achieve store KPI goals.
Handle customer and employee concerns.
Manage inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and schedules.
Coordinate with District Manager, customers, vendors, and business partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and food regulations.
