Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team to pursue a dynamic service with passion for art and jewelry sales. Seasonal bonus is offered to long term team members.
Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding.
Upsell additional products and services based on customer interests and needs.
Assist in merchandising efforts to maintain an appealing store environment.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties.
Respond to online inquiries, and supporting sales through social media content and posts.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Multilingual capabilities, social media posting and online promo skills are a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing the customer experience.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
