Full Stack Software Developer – AI & Mobile (SAAS)
*** Please do not apply unless you have professional software development experience AND hands-on experience developing both mobile applications and AI-powered software features.
Using ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar coding assistants does NOT by itself qualify as AI development experience. We are looking for someone who has actually developed AI functionality within software applications.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Calgary, Alberta. ***

Tech To U develops specialized SaaS software products for niche markets across North America.
Our flagship product, GlassManager, is business management software designed specifically for glass companies.
We are expanding our development team to significantly increase the speed at which we deliver new product features, AI functionality, mobile applications, integrations, automation, and improvements to our existing software.
Our goal is simple: build the best software in our markets.
The Role
We are looking for a strong multi-skilled developer who can contribute throughout our software stack while bringing deeper expertise in AI development and mobile application development.
AI and mobile will be important specialties, but you will also work on regular full-stack SaaS development.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy SaaS features
Develop and maintain C#/.NET applications
Work with SQL Server, APIs, backend services, JavaScript, and frontend technologies
Build integrations and workflow automation
Develop and maintain mobile application functionality
Build meaningful AI-powered functionality into our software
Develop solutions involving LLM APIs, RAG, agents, document/data extraction, intelligent search, or other AI technologies where appropriate
Troubleshoot software bugs and production issues
Improve existing software architecture, performance, security, and reliability
Work with our Business/Product team to understand business requirements
Participate in technical design and architecture decisions
