Full Stack Development Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Junior Full Stack Development Trainer. The trainer will deliver practical, industry-aligned training sessions on full-stack development, ensure student engagement, and assess progress. Responsibilities include designing and updating curriculum, providing hands-on demonstrations, mentoring students, and addressing their queries. Collaboration with the team to improve training methodologies and course content is also expected.

Qualifications
• Expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Curriculum Development
• Strong Communication skills for effective knowledge transfer
• Understanding of basics regarding Human Resources (HR) tasks related to training
• Capacity to mentor and guide students with patience and clarity
• Knowledge of full-stack development technologies and tools
• Ability to adapt to distinctive learning paces and styles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus
• Previous teaching or training experience is advantageous
