Job description
Eastside Property Management Company is seeking an experienced Property Full Charge Accountant. This is a great opportunity for a candidate interested in HOA Associations and Property Management Accounting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Produce accrual monthly financial statements for a portfolio of properties
Bank reconciliations
Accounts payable
Tenant receivables
Some billing and collection
Budgeting
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Experience in monthly accrual financial preparation and analysis
Working knowledge of A/P and basic accounting principals
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage accounting functions on time and efficiently
Ability to solve problems independently and professionally
Ability to set and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Must work well with others and interact positively with team members and staff
Proficiency in MS Office required
