Job Description:
We are hiring Fuel Loading Supervisors (Marine Division) for our operations at ports in Maharashtra.
In this on-field role, you will supervise and monitor marine fuel loading and unloading operations for ships and tank trucks, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate with the Shipping and Operations teams to maintain smooth, efficient, and safe fuel handling at port terminals.
This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience looking to start or grow their career in the marine, oil & gas, and shipping industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor marine fuel loading and unloading for ships and tank trucks.
Coordinate daily operations with the Department Head.
Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate loading checklists, inspection reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance to safety, environmental, and operational guidelines during fuel transfer activities.
Report on-site activities and update daily operational logs.
Handle time-sensitive field tasks and maintain proper communication with seniors.
Stay available for on-call duties as per port schedules and vessel timings.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 0–2 years (Fresher’s can apply)
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Languages Known: Marathi, Hindi, English
Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written communication
Field coordination and reporting accuracy
Time management and teamwork skills
Physically fit and willing to work in on-site/port environments
Employment Details:
Working Hours: Flexible (as per ship/port schedule)
Probation Period: 6 months
Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Base Pay)
