Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre. As a Front Office Supervisor, your day-to-day tasks will include supervisory responsibilities, handling reception duties, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and effective communication with guests and staff.
Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team
• Receptionist Duties: Proficient in handling front desk operations
• Customer Service: Prior experience in delivering excellent customer service
• Reservations: Knowledge of reservation systems and processes
• Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality or related certification/diploma is a plus
• Fluency in english languages is advantageous
