• Profile Introduction:
As a Guest Service Agent (GSA) working in the front office of our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a memorable and pleasant experience from the moment they arrive. Your warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with your exceptional customer service skills, will set the tone for their stay.
• Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
• Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required.
• Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
