Job Description

We are seeking a candidate for a front desk/secretarial position.

Freshers with excellent Communications skills can also apply

Roles and Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
• Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
• Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
• Compose letters, and emails
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
• Make travel arrangements
• Document expenses and hand in reports
• Undertake occasional receptionist duties

Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Front Office or Secretary
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Any Degree
