Receptionist II
Job Description
Responsible for creating a positive first impression on behalf of the organization, essentially acting as the public representation of the business.
Direct customers and visitors to appropriate departments, ensuring security protocols are satisfied.
Mail sorting and processing.
Switch board operation.
Manage a clean reception desk and exhibit a professional and businesslike appearance and demeanor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Daily Duties
Visitors/Guests Login sheet
Greet visitors/guests and direct them to appropriate parties.
All visitors/guests must sign in and wear a visitor badge.
Visitors/guests must log their in and out times
Receiving phone calls politely and transferring calls to the right staff.
Receiving express mail and packages/ Legal documents/Certified mails
Log and forward to the right person and receive their signature receipt.
Sending packages via overnight courier or other delivery
Confirm all packages are picked up and logged.
Lounge supplies management
Take control over the stocked items.
Ordering lounge supplies for HQ
Sending USPS mails – Folding letters and stamping USPS mail
Sorting incoming mail and packages, and forward to correct department
Organize and sort inter-branch mail, packages, and documents.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
Education/Credentials
High school diploma
Skills
Basic typing/keyboarding skills: basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, and e-mail.
Present a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental and external representatives.
Excellent written and oral communication skills: ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints
The salary range for this full-time position is $21.93 - $25.78 hourly + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
