RAC Exmouth Cape Holiday Park is located in Australia's spectacular Coral Coast region and is a 13-hour drive north of Perth or a 2-hour flight from Perth. The park is only one kilometre south of Exmouth town centre and is a 10-minute walk away from beautiful beaches.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Front Office Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis.

This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth however limited accommodation is available to suitable applicants at a reduced cost allowing the right candidate to live and work on-site.

What does every day look like for you?

You will spend your days:
Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the park, and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
Answering incoming phone calls and aiding over the phone and via email.
Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the resort, including for school groups, weddings and events.
Assisting with general operations of the park.
What are we looking for?
Outstanding customer service skills.
Previous experience in administration highly regarded.
Previous experience using NewBook or other guest reservation software (highly regarded but not essential)
Strong time-management, organisation and multi-tasking skills
Flexibility with hours; able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends and Public Holidays.
