Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Assistant at Best Western Darbar located in New Delhi. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The Front Office Assistant will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.

The candidate only need to apply who ready to do Rotational Shift and Night Shift

Qualifications
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office
• Knowledge of OTA and Extranet
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with professionalism
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Hotel Management and Hotel Front Office Experience

Note: Training will be provided to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role
