Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any customer concerns promptly.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as required.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the front of house area.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude towards helping guests and addressing their needs promptly.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
