What You Bring
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js and their ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience in state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API, or similar).
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG compliance).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets integration.
• Proficiency in UI/UX principles to create intuitive and visually appealing applications.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, Vite, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
Desirable Skills
• Experience with Micro Frontends architecture.
• Familiarity with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) using frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js.
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
• Exposure to Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and mobile-friendly designs.
• Understanding of WebAssembly, WebGL, or Three.js is a plus.
Your Role
As our Front End Lead, you will:
• Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Establish and enforce best practices for frontend development, including coding standards and performance optimization.
• Guide the team in adopting modern frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks and usability issues.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and technologies to drive innovation in the organization.
