Jain Computers is seeking a polite, energetic, and well-spoken Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for students, parents, and walk-in visitors. The primary responsibility is to handle inquiries related to courses, batches, and admissions, both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist walk-in students and visitors professionally
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about available courses
• Maintain inquiry records and follow up when needed
• Provide basic counseling on course structures and durations
• Coordinate with faculty for demo class schedules
• Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
• Assist in daily administrative tasks if required
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet)
• Friendly, confident, and presentable personality
• Prior experience in customer service or front office is a plus
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
