Supervise and provide guidance and support to the entire team
Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
Process check in and check out
Overseeing and coordinating the housekeeping department
Ensuring all rooms are cleaned and maintained to hotel standards
Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests by maintaining a neat and organized front desk area
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and concerns
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements and Skills

(Mandatory) Flexibility to work morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
(Mandatory) Bilingual (French and English)
(Preferable) Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, with supervisory or leadership roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
High level of integrity and professionalism
