Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, outcomes, and client interactions.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with features, specifications, and pricing of Swad’s offerings.
Objection Handling: Confidently address customer concerns and resolve issues to foster positive outcomes.
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads through cold calling.
Sales Support: Persuade and assist customers in enrolling for Swad’s products or services.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in [languages—e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi]
Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of computers and phone systems
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
