Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk - Club Staff attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all fitness center members and guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized facility. As a Front Desk attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing assistance and support to enhance their fitness experience.
Responsibilities
⦁ Greet members and guests as they enter the fitness center, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
⦁ Provide excellent customer service by addressing member concerns promptly and professionally.
⦁ Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
⦁ Monitor the fitness center equipment and facilities to ensure they are clean, safe, and in good working order.
Skills
⦁ Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests over the phone.
⦁ Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
⦁ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
⦁ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.

Expected hours: 4-15 per week
