Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge in Smithers, BC is looking for full-time and part-time Front Desk Agents (also known as Guest Services Agents).

Duties & Responsibilities
Provides courteous and professional guest services
Utilizes instinctive upselling techniques and negotiate rates to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
Maintains order and cleanliness at the front desk
Handles guest accounts
Assists guests on arrival, departure and during their stay
Operates the telephone console
Processes reservation and cancellation requests
Performs other duties as directed by the General Manager
What does an ideal candidate look like?
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Front desk experience is an asset but NOT required
Must be willing to get Basic First Aid
Available to work evenings and weekends
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
