Responsibilities
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Manage and implement all recruiting tasks
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Enlist job postings on forums which can source new candidates at the time of hiring such as social media, advertisements, etc.
• Analyze and note down all job’s requirements and objectives before publishing the pos.
• Regularly updating job descriptions and requirements.
• Conduct interviews and tests of the applicants to filter them further and advance them to the next level relevant to their job posting.
• Ensure the criteria for which the candidates are being tested are relevant to the job they have applied for.
• Collaborating with HR and the management of the recruitment process.
• Present reports on recruitment and analysis the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management.
• Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future.
• Work following company policy and standards
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
