Job Description
We are hiring freshers and experienced international voice process executives. Must have experience in handling US, UK or Aus customers. Should be comfortable to handle 100 calls in a day.
Qualifications
• Bachelors any degree
• Communication should be excellent (Written and Oral)
• Passion for solving customer challenges and commitment to customer delight
• Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
• Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals
