Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. The candidate should have basic practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign management, and lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities
• Assist in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads
• Conduct keyword and audience research
• Generate leads and improve campaign ROI
• Create basic ad copies and creatives coordination
• Prepare campaign performance reports

Requirements
• Digital Marketing course completed
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Understanding of PPC, CPC, CTR, and campaign optimization
• Good communication and learning attitude
• Basic analytical and reporting skills
