Job Description
We're HIRING for experienced Freight Brokers for Mohali Location.
We offer Excellent Hike in last salary + Lucrative Incentives slab (up to 25%) + Weekly Payments + payouts on Invoicing and very dynamic work environment.
We are looking for a service-minded freight broker to act as a liaison between our customers and freight carriers. Your responsibilities would include nurturing your current client base, securing new accounts, expediting the information-sharing process, and communicating with dispatchers, drivers, and clients.
Generate leads and attract new prospects and develop a sales pipeline of shippers.Identify and select reputable and safe carriers to insure the highest quality service for accounts
and their shipping lanes.
Provide customers with shipping quotes.Knowledge of POWER DAT, TRUCK STOPAssist to prepare carriers for loads.Collaborate with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-
offs.
Maintain communication with customers and carriers on transit times, appointment times and current locations of trucks in transit. Verify when deliveries were made.Maintain current knowledge of freight carrier services and be effective in attracting new customers and ensuring customer retention. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 1+ years of experience in as a freight broker in a US based logistics companyMust be currently working as a freight broker in a US based logistics company.Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
