Webvizion is hiring an Freelancer & Upwork Bidder.
The role involves finding relevant IT projects (Web design & development, Logos and Graphic design, SEO, digital marketing) on Freelancer/Upwork and similar platforms, writing customized proposals, researching client requirements, and managing follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Search and shortlist relevant IT projects on Freelancer and Upwork
• Write and submit customized proposals
• Review client requirements and match them with company services
• Research client profiles, businesses, and project needs
• Follow up with prospects through Freelancer/Upwork, email, or LinkedIn
• Maintain proposal records and lead status sheets
• Coordinate with the internal team for scope and pricing inputs
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for proposal drafting and research
Requirements:
• Experience in Freelancer and Upwork bidding, online bidding, lead generation
• Good written English communication
• Basic understanding of websites, logos, graphic design, web apps, eCommerce, SEO and digital marketing.
