• Crafting Clarity: Transform technical information into accessible, user-focused content for product manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Product Expertise: Collaborate with product teams to understand technical specifications and translate them into simple, engaging content.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread technical documents, ensuring they are accurate, well-structured, and easy to follow.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the NPD team and co-founders to make sure that the user experience is seamless across all touchpoints, including written content.
• Content Optimization: Continuously improve technical content based on feedback and analytics, ensuring users have the best possible experience.
• Multi-Channel Content: Develop content for a variety of platforms, including website FAQs, product instructions, and support articles.
