Groundwork Co. is looking for a confident and natural on-camera presenter to appear in short-form Reels for Instagram and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities
• Record short-form videos based on provided scripts.
• Present content naturally and confidently on camera.
• Follow creative direction and recording guidelines.
• Record multiple takes when required.
• Submit raw footage within the agreed timeline.
• Maintain a professional and engaging on-camera presence.

Requirements
• Comfortable speaking on camera.
• Clear communication and good pronunciation.
• Natural, confident presentation style.
• Ability to deliver scripted content without sounding robotic.
• Smartphone with a good-quality camera.
• Suitable lighting and a quiet recording environment.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.

Prior experience in content creation, acting, presenting, or social media is a plus, but not mandatory.

Project Details

Role: Freelance / Contract-Based

Initial Requirement: 5 Reels

Compensation: ₹500 per Reel

Work Mode: Remote

Location: India

Editing: Handled by Groundwork Co.'s video editor

Future Projects: Available based on performance and requirement
