Develop and implement recruiting strategies to find the best candidates. Source candidates through various channels, and should have there own job portal on various platforms Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' suitability. Coordinate interview schedules and client-candidate communications. Provide regular updates and feedback to clients. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate job offers and close hiring processes.
